Please bring your order confirmation & valid photo ID to pick up within five (5) days of the ready for pickup notification. If you need more time to pick up, please email us at hello@cleanbeautycult.com to extend the time by 2 days.

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping via UPS is available at checkout.
  • Shipping fee is calculated based on weight and destination.
  • Orders received by 11 AM Pacific Time Mon-Fri will be shipped on the same day.
  • Others will be shipped the next business day.

Returns Policy 

Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 21 days of your order delivery date. Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. Any open items are not eligible for refund. Please email us at hello@cleanbeautycultcom with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return for shipping instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are not eligible for refund.

All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing. 

Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account. 

Please note return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
